Hospitality Team Coordinator for Church-wide Events
1. Plan and organize church-wide events (such as revival meals, Easter breakfast, Christmas Program evening meal/snack, quarterly fellowships, etc.) and order supplies.
2. Recruit volunteers to assist with food preparation/service, set up of facilities, decorations, equipment needs, publicity, etc.
3. Communicate with event coordinators (pastor for revival meals and Easter breakfast, music minister for Christmas Program, Fellowship Director for quarterly events).
4. Communicate with the team members about schedules, purchasing, and preparing meals.
Hospitality Team Coordinator for Unscheduled Events
1. Plan and organize funeral meals, baby and wedding showers as they arise. You are the main coordinator for these events.
2. Coordinate with family (funeral), bride (wedding), or mother (baby) for preparation of these events.
3. Recruit volunteers to assist with food preparation/service, set up of facilities, decorations, equipment needs, publicity, etc.
4.. Communicate with the team members about schedules, purchasing, and preparing meals/snacks for the event.

1. Plan and organize the Senior Adult Luncheon monthly.
2. Communicate with the church if event is postponed or cancelled.
